Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the User

Users may cancel their educational service payments by contacting our customer support team at support@mybillmate.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, along with the user’s account information and a valid reason for the request.

2. Cancellation by My Bill Mate

We reserve the right to cancel services if a user is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or any associated policies.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The educational service has not been used, accessed, or partially completed.
  • The refund request is raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

Services that are already consumed or partially availed are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@mybillmate.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Transaction/order ID
  • Reason for requesting a refund

3. Refund Review & Processing

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Refundable Educational Services

The following types of services are non-refundable:

  • One-time consultation or advisory sessions
  • Customized course content or programs
  • Downloaded or accessed digital learning materials

Your Rights

You have the right to:
